Working closely with the architect, client and the local planning department, a 4/5 bedroom, detached property fitting the client’s brief for an open plan, flexible living space, maximising the views of the open countryside and within the same footprint of the original design which was approve by the local planning department in 2018.

Consultancy service and advice was provided throughout the project enabling the client to achieve a low energy, thermally efficient contemporary home.

4 Bedroom Dormer Bungalow – Beckingham

A challenging, luxury bespoke project incorporating a new design, open plan living and numerous extra bespoke services. A tight budget required a more hands on approach to bring this project to a cost effective conclusion.

The turnkey project incorporated a new design which provided an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, a future proof internal layout incorporating a large bedroom and en suite facilities downstairs and 3 further bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs including the master bedroom with an en suite and walk in dressing room.

A small 3 bed home, designed and built for the a first time buyer. A whole range of services complemented the build phase. Reworking of the design drawings, groundworks to installation of bespoke, high end features.

This three-bedroom property is situated in an established residential area of detached and semi-detached homes attracting families and first times buyers.
